Maddie, 18. Wanting to lose weight and get fit. I'm halfway there and starting training for a 10km run in September. I'm 177cms tall (or 5'9")
I started this tumblr at a weight of 78.7 kgs, way back in December 2010. I lost about 5 kgs over the Christmas holidays that year, but over the year I put most of it back on... I started again in February of this year and I have managed to get down to about 70kgs from 76.6kg. Ultimately, I want to lose another 10kgs and get down to 60kg. I use this blog as both inspiration and a place to spill my guts. As I write this, Confucius reminds me that "it does not matter how slow you go as long as you do not stop"... How relevant.Thanks buddy.
